We make choices, translate ideas into practical plans, and make sure teams in the stores and distribution centre can work well. We look for a balance between creativity and a concrete approach, between ambition and feasibility. Because what’s a plan without planning?

At Dille & Kamille’s service office, many different teams come together. From HR, IT, Assortment, and Concept to Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance. Every role is different, but we all work toward the same goal and from the same values. You see that reflected in the choices we make and in how we work together. Sometimes you work quietly and focused on a plan, sometimes you pick up something that needs sorting out today.
