What does it mean to work at Dille & Kamille?
We work hard, with heart and soul. We give it our all and we genuinely care about our work, our beautiful brand. Because everything that gets attention, grows. Will you grow with us?
What we stand for and how it came about
Although you probably know us from our stores and products, for us it’s primarily about people. Colleagues and customers. Fans and followers. Partners and suppliers. Together we are the driving force behind Dille & Kamille. Together we make the difference. Here, you matter.
Dille & Kamille once started as a counter-voice. As a counter-movement. In a fast-paced, performance-driven world, we wanted to create real value. With a store concept centred on connection with yourself, others, and the world around you. A place where you can pause for a moment in the here and now. Where small moments make a big difference. Where people look out for each other. And where products are thoughtful and sustainable.
Everything that gets attention, grows.
We pay attention to each other. To our customers. To our stores, service, and products. And attention to you. At Dille & Kamille, you are of real value.
The small, everyday things
Those are priceless. From our products to plans and projects: we don’t make things more complicated than they need to be. By making conscious choices, we keep it simple. We are practical and have an eye for detail. It brings calm and focus amid the busyness of the day. We call that thoughtful simplicity.
On the sunny side
At Dille & Kamille, we naturally have an open, positive outlook. It’s in how we work together, laugh together, and help each other. We focus on what is possible. It means you look forward to going to work and come home full of energy. Yes, that’s really possible!
You make the difference
A greeting, a question, a genuine compliment. Connection starts close to home. We inspire people to live more consciously and naturally, with attention to what matters. We can’t do that without you. Here, you make an impact. Here, you make the difference.
